Fabric requirements:
* 1 yd fabric for midriff, straps
* 1/3 yd. for side bands, neck ties, pocket ruffle
* 2/3 yd for skirt
* 1/4 yd for bodice
* 1/4 yd band and pocket
* 1/3 yd ruffle
* 2 1/2 yds lining
* 2 1/2 yds med. weight sew-in interfacing for tracing pattern
